The default location for the Maven files is C:\AgWare\Chattel\web\Logs
If a user get a generic error, they can send the log files to AgWare for analysis and resolution.
To send the logs, the user will click on Support Info in the lower right of the screen.
This will open the Chattel Support Information page. The user will need to click Submit Logs.
The user will then need to fill out their email address, phone number, and a description of how the error occurred and then click submit.
By default the Include box is checked for the application logs.If the error was generated when they selected a template and clicked Preview, Check Include in the Report Generator Logs.
AgWare responds to all log file submissions as quickly as possible.
